Dipps. Just concentrate on turning up and the rest will follow. That's my mantra for life, to be honest. |

Morning, yawn. So much for my long lie. Woke up at 5am with awful crick in my neck. Got my phone to read about treatment and am now here. Need to go back to sleep, yawn. Sorry for CD who also had a crappy night. |

If you try doing mountain climbers from a higher angle, like a step or something, it makes it a bit easier. But yep, keep turning up and bit by bit you’ll improve

I got another hour's sleep so will try to get my butt out of bed for a light jog.

There used to be a thread for press-ups. x number of press-ups in the year. I was on it for a couple of years, and did improve (pressing up from increasingly lower levels, chair-backs, chair-arms etc.) but never managed a proper press up. Then I got bored with it and left the thread. What language is the book written in, ITG? |

That's still going Columba, I'll be getting back on it again for the last few weeks of the year. I'll be combining it with squats as the ski season is looming fast.

Hi gonks. I've been for a run, thanks to those who shared links to my page etc. ❤ I really must run more, I had a lovely easy run tonight. Pavements for a change as I got a lift with Sal as she went to the gym but I forgot headtorch. Found some good roads to run on so was fine. |

. What language is the book written in, ITG? Originally Greenlandic but I read English translation (called "Crimson" in English but Homo sapiens in Greenlandic and Danish). The latest, Naasuliardarpi, for which she won the Nordic prize, is not yet translated. norden.org |
