I didn’t think to look for a .43 of a bin Peregrinator. One that has been run over perhaps 😂
Cheeky is pretty much recovered from his Covid. He only ever seemed to have a slight head cold but lost his sense of smell completely, which is only now just starting to return. I think he’s still a bit tired too but results day had brought the grades he needed to get his first choice place at uni so all is rosy. Let the lash begin! 😂

Meant to add FiL still in hospital while they try to work out what’s going on but it doesn’t appear to be a stroke, which is what we feared. He’s very chirpy however (not entirely the usual state of affairs) as he’s getting wonderful care and they are clearly throwing everything at it. God bless the NHS. Constantly reminded what a fantastic job they do in really difficult circumstances

Excellent news for Cheeky. Hope FIL continues to recover well.

I'm in the office today, first time for a few weeks.

Will run later. Arms ache a little from the gym but nothing too bad.

I have shuffled - and it really was a shuffle as part of the 16 miler I should have done on Sunday. One of those days when it just felt like running through soup from the first step to the last. It was horribly slow but I don’t suppose the sheep will mind. Odd thing was, apart from the first couple of miles, it was all on the flat, rather than over my normal terrain which one could euphemistically describe as “rolling” 🤷‍♂️ Feeling very stiff and sore already. I think tomorrow morning might be painful 😂

Morning, fought with my head and stomach this morning and I eventually won the 5 mile race ;-) although at one point it was touch and go as to whether I was going to be sick outside :-O
