Morning all. Not much running going on here at the moment. Cancelled my Pump booking earlier as I was so tired, then realised I wasn’t going back to sleep and managed to rebook my same place. It was showing as the only one available. I think I’ll incur the late cancellation fee even though I rebooked.

Morning! 2 weeks off work starts today. Taking it easy so far, watching the diving and having a cup of tea. Then food shopping, go and see Mum and Dad, a bit of cleaning and then sort out the camping stuff.
Just having couple of days away in Wales to start with.

Looking forward to change of scenery.

Morning all. I was awake in time to get to Seaton or Exmouth parkrun - I could possibly still get to Seaton if I got myself into gear now - but I think I'll give it a miss and just go for a jog locally.

I've only 25 miles left to 700 now and I'm wondering if I can get to 700 when I finish my leg at the Wyedean relay next Saturday.

After visiting the loo at least 5 times in the space of one hour I took the opportunity to get out for a run…made it back just in time.

Now I don’t have to feel guilty for the rest of the day.

Enjoy your holidays, those just starting.

I'm sat in running kit but about to change out of it as I don't fancy getting drenched if I don't have to. I'll go later this afternoon/evening. My original plan was parkrun but that was cancelled as travellers have set up camp along the start/finish area.

Gosh LG, your gut is really playing up isn't it? Hope you get some relief soon.

It's come on to rain quite heavily while I was walking the dog so I'll get the pulled pork prepped for tonight's supper and hopefully the rain will have stopped by the time I've done that so I can run in the dry!

I will phone for my results on Monday but it’s just so annoying. The only other thing the GP mentioned was it could be IBS :-(
