I've posted in the forum a link to the regulations (England) that specify what is permitted, FYI. fetcheveryone.com/viewtopic.php?id=61325 So much confusion because the government ministers just make it up as they go along. The "once per day" and 2m "rule" are "advice". I strongly recommend following the advice - see, NHS here: nhs.uk But I'm also hearing of cops harassing people when they should have better things to do. On top of boot camp, I dug out another 1m of football pitch (45 min) and did football strength training with DS11 (about 15 min because we only had one mat!)

Yet a friend running along a popular ex railway line path in town this morning witnessed an obvious drug deal going on. No police anywhere to be seen of course. This path regularly has instances of anti-social behaviour and petty crime and would really benefit from a police presence. I do wonder if the local force needs to re-examine its priorities 🙁

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-)

And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
