Similar to you, FDNB, I was running correctly on the right hand side of the road this morning and three girls on horseback approached. I would expect them to move over for me as I don’t plan running down the middle of a country lane to avoid them. Shipping rules - most powerful moves out of the way of the weakest. Seems like the privileged kids of wealthy parents are inheriting their sense of entitlement! On the plus, am SO close to 700 miles.

I wanted to do it Monday, which is bin day although since the council awarded the contract to Serco it’s been a fiasco so who knows if we should put the bins out. With RtS, it’s now going to be tomorrow.

Hopefully some bins will be out early then ;-) . Cause of RtS mine will definitely be Monday but I will be running in 2 halves again so will have to make sure I don’t run over first thing as it will be too dark

Well done everyone running today and that's lovely about Turtle going to a party. :)

I'll get my knitting needles out tomorrow so we have plenty of bunting in the cupboard.

I had a nice walk today, including going round a market and into a few shops. This shopping thing is a pain so I don't think I'll repeat it more than I have to.
When I checked my log I realised that I'd got to my new cycling target of 1000 miles, so I'll have to increase it again - maybe another 200 miles. :)

We're on a tight timescale. We've got to be off slightly early so we can be done by 11, at which point Liebling's brother will arrive to take her off to their parents for Aged P-wrangling. It's like Bridge of Spies this with me as Tom Hanks and Liebling as Mark Rylance.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
