Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I don't know how you darn-sarfers cope with temperatures of 30+. It's been in the upper 20s here today and that has nearly floored me. Gave up the idea of a run; but after a thunderstorm when the temperature had gone down by a degree or two I went for a walk.

Hope all goes well (as well as it can) tomorrow, Daisy.

It's progress, Corrah. I think most people are slightly one-sided, but it sounds as though you are more than most.

I was going to go for a walk or run after work but it was still scorching hot so I thought maybe we could go for a walk after dinner.
Sadly OH wasn’t keen so we didn’t go. He’s suggested tomorrow lunchtime which means I have to do Body Combat first thing in the morning, after yoga. I’ve never combatted early in the day, hope I’m up to the challenge.

I went for a four mile run earlier on this evening. When I downloaded my Garmin it gave the temperature 🤒 as 83 degrees Fahrenheit at 18:30. Bloody hell, no wonder I was struggling.

Thunderstorms ⛈ on Thursday & a drop in temperature. I sincerely hope so.
I hope everyone else is okay & taking it easy.

Morning all - mid 20s here but feels warmer.

Thinking of you Daisy, wishing the weather to co-operate (())
Weirdly, we have to exercise the car today, it hasn’t moved for months & is due mot/service tomorrow, so joining the usual stationary/snail pace traffic to see what the attraction is :-)

Thank you for the tooth work sympathy - awesome dentist, just ancient jaw joint being unhelpful.
