We've had breakfast and are hoping my parents are well enough to come over today, even if just for a bit. They only live 2 miles way, but Dad (80) had a terrible sore throat yesterday and could hardly speak. And he was gardening yesterday despite feeling ill... If not up to coming we'll be doing meals on wheels later. Right, I've got food to prep, will pop in later to see how you all are x

There is a single present under my tree so will open that in a minute (once I have escaped from under the cat :-)). Then there will be phone calls and a run and then am off over to have lunch with NaM and the Lovely S at midday. This evening I shall be inflicting myself upon PaulaMc

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.
