Tell me next time you’ve got one of those planned Dipps and I’ll pop down and join you :)
Muddy wet run here with FM, she wore a Garmin but I forgot to ask the distance!

Mini commute this morning. My first Pilates class this evening. Not sure if it’s a regular class though as I can’t see it on the schedule for next week. I’ll see how tonight goes and worry about that afterwards.

Run and strength work done.

Off into town for a work related meeting. Hoping it doesn’t take too long.

I have finally done some exercise. 6.6 miles in the rain with a friend, and a walk to my appointment and back.

Morning at hospital Dad checks ups all good but appointment was an hour late then they wanted blood test, then had to take him to doctors. Went for 10 wet & windy miles late afternoon on the bike as needed to get out after sitting on moon for most of the day.

Track session tonight :-)

Daisy - storms may have got stormier since they've been given names, but I can't think there's a directly causal relationship.

Very windy here, bits of tree all over the roads.

MASSIVE storm here now. NO chance of a run but I did manage to plan a course for Spring and found out I don't have to do a lot more prep as I know it all already ;)

(Should do, anyway, since I've been studying this since 2000...)

As the rain seemed to have eased I decided to go for a run after all instead of circuits - get a bit of fresh air after being cooped up all day.

Hurray! I've got my heart for the first time this end of the year, hope I manage to keep it. :)

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
