Ooh. LG slowly coming round to a marathon. You are more than capable of it. I can honestly say I think I'd rather run London Marathon again than do Peterhead Half again; maybe that'll help you decide!

I loved Edinburgh when I went this spring, would happily go back Oh dear Ymee! That's quite the picture you painted there Chafing is finally easing though I might need to sleep like a starfish tonight Legs feel ok, might go for a short trot tomorrow

I was at Edinburgh Uni; graduated in 1967 and only been back once since. Would love to revisit. Couldn't cope with a marathon though. Nor with camping.

I've never been to Scotland. Edinburgh sounds lovely but I'd prefer it to be at a time when it wasn't packed for some event or other. I don't do camping and would probably opt for an hotel.
