Andy (some more for recovering enough to race ) & fml at Mablethorpe, Kimcanrun & everyone else too, so much good running today. Good tactics Linds, made me laugh. I remember those days.. It's raining much needed, so will do somethings useful today (& enjoy a rain cooled run) Trying to see what the red (veg?) is in Corrah's photo.

What have you been up to, Bint, that you've missed everything?
I've been up to Ikea/toddler chasing/ironing, and have just checked in.
No running today. Still feeling very tired. I might do some miles in to work tomorrow morning.
Well done all those who did well, or at least just got out there.

I was hanging out with my friend, Cheryl, this afternoon (we watched the last 4 episodes of Stranger Things) and the rest of the day was work and housework.

I've not seen Stranger Things. We are currently quite hooked on The Night Of.
Watching the Travel Man programme on Helsinki on Catch Up. I might blog about Helsinki.
