Hi gonks.
Still in awe at the Binty one's exploits. Unbelievable. 103 miles
The crash was awful. I can't cope with all the injuries that keep happening!!
I had a bit of a low day today, overtime is a blessing but not much fun, got home and really couldn't be arsed to run. Finally got myself organised and managed a 10 miler for the first time since I was sick from Endure24. Rather pleased with the splits (taken from strava):
9.09 - 9.17 - 9.14 - 9.17 - 9.08 - 9.19 - 9.08 - 9.12 - 9.09 - 9.03. Was aiming for 9.15

10 miles, and all sub-10, considering you couldn't be bothered... That really seems rather good, Som.

It was a lovely run. Came home after, logged my run, quick shower and then off to the pub for a pudding and a pint....then home for macaroni cheese and another pudding.
