Yes I did mean Eloy; were they still going in the 80s?

Recording 1971-2019 according to Allmusic. I knew them from, I think, 1980's "Colours" onwards and may have "Planets" in a cupboard. Never realised they went back so far.

I had a friend who bought their entire back catalogue from a shop in, I think Holland, in about 1979. The shop owner was both delighted and baffled I believe.

£180 to watch Phil Collins bumble about a bit for an hour or so?!
Fair puts my Murrayfield season ticket into (positive) perspective. And at least there’s an outside chance the Scottish rugby team might improve with time and experience.....

I think i'd rather go and watch a tribute band who at least look the part rather than 70 year olds pretending they are young.

I think I've already mentioned The Musical Box? Sufficiently good costumes-and-all early Genesis covers band that Hackett sat in for an encore and Gabriel took his kids so they could see what he used to be like?

How early? Much of my favourite Genesis isn’t *that* early. Trick of the tail isn’t a bad album and Wind and Withering is (mostly) a good one.
