Perhaps this running everyday is a good thing?
Magnificent 7 miler in minus five to minus six conditions.
Average pace of 8:14, with a sub-8 last mile, its all good, and that silly target is 77 miles away

Unfortunately, it's either minus one or two days (definitely Christmas day) so the maths are more like 77 Mile, 9 days, 7.5+ miles a day.

I'm more coming round to the opinion, that provided easy is easy, that the benefit of complete rest over a little easy joglet is misplaced.
It must dependent on how injury prone and how long the recovery period, and they will vary from runner to runner.

Had 2 days of running due to the weather in part and a bit of CBA's but back on track now and ahead of schedule still by a few miles.

I'm done. Took longer than it should have done - I've had a post-Abingdon lull.
