Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Perhaps this running everyday is a good thing?

Magnificent 7 miler in minus five to minus six conditions.

Average pace of 8:14, with a sub-8 last mile, its all good, and that silly target is 77 miles away ;-)

Unfortunately, it's either minus one or two days (definitely Christmas day) so the maths are more like 77 Mile, 9 days, 7.5+ miles a day.

I'm more coming round to the opinion, that provided easy is easy, that the benefit of complete rest over a little easy joglet is misplaced.

It must dependent on how injury prone and how long the recovery period, and they will vary from runner to runner.

Had 2 days of running due to the weather in part and a bit of CBA's but back on track now and ahead of schedule still by a few miles. :-)

I'm done. Took longer than it should have done - I've had a post-Abingdon lull. :)
