Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gotta keep the fitness up and build team spirit Ogee :-) - plus they have banned all other team sports due to injuries!

Will try it out in a bit but it is swollen and bruised and was very difficult and sore to get into my fire boots yesterday but seems ok on flat ground so i will try to run an easy few miles on the road.

I did not log it as an accident as I can just about still use it ok as I do not want to affect sport on stations.

I ran 6 miles on it earlier and whilst it is not great it was ok to run on and if I stick to flat stuff for a while it should be ok.

Nice bruising though ;-)

Got a 10 miletrail race in a couple of week them a Mara in October but not much else planned at the mo, what about you?

It looks worse than it is, I simply fell bady from a jump where I landed on the side of someone elses foot and went over on it.

I am amazed I can still run on it ok(ish) - I usually heal ok and I have busted this one a few times before so should be ok in a week or two.
