Yo! Be aware tomorrow's bin 'data' collection shall be at 2100 hrs or thereabouts. It could be earlier depending on my mood. Looks like I shall just be shy of 1400 miles which is a bit of a disappointment. |

Read a good quote in a blog today (from the Bible, of all places!) “Suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope and hope does not disappoint us" (Romans 5:3-4). Lovely day here FR (sorry to rub it in). Was 5C instead of -1C, bit windy, but wind has dropped and skies are blue now. Had a nice 4.8 mile run with a couple of workmates just now. 11 tomorrow gets me my random target for the year, so that will be 5.5 commute in to work, then 5.5 home. I've just booked a lovely location for a meal and ceilidh dancing with MrsS(rrr). New Year's Eve (aka Hogmanay) is also our anniversary. A bit awkward for booking something, but this has worked out really well. I think she'll like it! cringletie.com  G

I'm glad to say that I have reached 1500 miles this year - mostly logged by Garmin as the linkything wasn't working on Fetch for a fair bit of the year. First time I've ever run more than 1500.....yee haa

Dave K, if you log it on Garmin Connect and do the "Fetch API" thing, it copies it across to Fetch a few mins later. Works much more reliably for me than the old Garmin Communicator plugin (which crashed all the time - not just in Fetch, but on lots of sites, for me anyway). Basically, with the new way of doing it, if it goes on Garmin Connect, then it comes into Fetch, automagically. Congrats on 1500. G
