Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I view it like the political system. He may be the new Prime Minister, but you're still our Queen.

Have we had to adjust the monthly or weekly targets now that May has been cancelled? 11 months a year, 48 weeks? :-)G

bugger!

No Mrs Winkle - no broken bones.

Sloggs great to see you back you scamp.

well, I had great plans today - I was going to go for my first bike ride of the year and attempt to stick to a target - anyway the plumber (who came around to repair the seal on the shower & who woke me up after 3hrs & 24 minutes sleep :-0 - with his z cars ring tone) has advised that we leave it until in the morning - so no bike ride, as I'm a bit to big for a wash basin scrub.

J Jnr is desperate for a replacement DVD player which will play american discs - he said that *if we know anyone who is going to die, can we have there's*

well we don't and have advised him we need to scour the likes of Aldi.

so I'll save meself for a run in the morning :)

Why, is Aldi where people go to die in your neck of the woods?

Slow 5.3 for me at lunchtime, felt very light headed after 3 miles or so, so slowed down a bit and cut the run short.

Just for clarification, do people whos birthday falls in May this year not get a party or age another year?
