Yes it has been a decent year, targets achieved for me :) - I always think that the 1500 mile target does actually leave you with enough time for a rest and if your a bit unlucky a chance to get over an injury or illness.

Next year my aims are very simple;

1. run with T on part of his epic journey.
2. Improve my marathon time.
