Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ok, so the website has decided I am doing this this year... :-o
Logged 14 miles this morning to find that my target distance was already at 1500. Is this Lord Fetch's way of telling me to run more???

This years focus is on less miles and more flow, particularly on singletrack. Would like to be able to get my running like it would be on a bike i.e. focussed on the next bend/move up the trail while the body gets on naturally with what needs to be done for the current move/bend...

That said, I know what I am like. Will still probably run long distances at the weekend, as I''ve half an eye on returning to the Norfolk Ultra in October. So we'll see how the miles go.

Will it mess up this teams stats if I don't have the right target set?

I have 3 on the go at once...500, 1000 and 1500...Plan A, B, C :-)
So right now I have my first target as 500, then WHEN I reach that I will change to 1000 etc

Excellent running Toks :-)

TT - I got your lovely text, did you get my reply? I've still got the text you sent me before the Fling last year :-)
