Day 4 done. I still do about 20s of mountain climbers before checking my watch to see how long left!

I am just back from a run so will do mine later.

Mountain climbers are one of those that you think it must be time and ionly half way through.

Day 4 done. I must remember not to do the press-ups straight after mountain climbers. It was tough on the shoulders.

I managed day 5 yesterday when I remembered just before bed time!

Day 6 will done later after we have been grocery shopping.

I don’t think I kept any of my resolutions from the last day 6 so, being realistic, I won’t be making any more. But, big but for me, I did park run! I have barely run since July trying to sort out my shin splints and hips, so this a major step for me. Crap time but I still finished on a high. Let’s see if I can improve on it as the year progresses.

And another day ticked off. It’s proved to be the only exercise of the day as I couldn’t face going out in this crap weather.

Well done RR and well done on your parkrun and I bet the time drops each time you run the course.

Day 6+7 all done I have run every day as well so getting near a rest day soon.

Bit busy this weekend but 5 and 6 done this morning.
Don't really do resolutions these days but have stopped the weight gain and gone a small way down again. Fastest parkrun since the restart done too. Got my eye on 50% wava which won't need to be nearly as fast as when I last nearly got there 6 years ago 🙂

Still on track, and finding the exercises easier than in December - but I’m still not attempting jump squats. I know my limits! Lunges with a modest weight instead.
