Hopefully it would be acceptable to modify an exercise if we needed to, either because we didn't have the necessary space/kit or because of injury (I have tennis elbow which is finally getting a bit better and I don't want to make it bad again).

Yes although i'll be partaking in Fetchmas this year anything that works on my back might be a no as it's been bothering me the last few days and i don't know why.

I definitely will have to adapt! My shoulder is at last getting better though... Has only taken 10 months or so 🙄 Plus: dodgy knee! So more adaptations required there...

Sound plan. Be weird to have that later. I mean how often do you get out of bed 5 times in day multiple days in a row?
