Of course I stirred them, that's why I was running round the block! I did a blog a while back about kitchen intervals, I quite often nip out and run round the block whilst cooking dinner

I do kitchen intervals, tennis intervals, badminton intervals, table tennis intervals and squash intervals. Also bank runs, and shopping sprints

I've had a stab (see blog). Tried to do it in four lymerics: it turns out this is quite hard, and therefore whilst I enjoyed the journey, I think the outcome lacks a certain something. |
