I'am now a triathlete with several races under my belt. I started out as a runner and I would say that that is my primary discipline followed by cycling I've moved over to road biking from MTB but still like to get out in the mud when I can. and then swimming.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers? Routine. If you do something all the time you get better at it. Stop when you need to. Injuries suck. Be prepared for expensive trainers (and bike parts) not to last as long as you'd like. |
