I've been running about 5 1/2 years and have been a member of Great Yarmouth Road Runners 5 years this summer. I have a group of girlie friends i run with, which is more like a coffee morning on the run. We burn calories and catch up on the gossip at the same time.I don't do many race but when i do i enjoy them.
