But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.

Live in the Highalnds and every year get motivated by the amazing Cape Wrath Run Runners. I have three children and a husband who is quick on his feet. Just back from an achiles injury that put pays to my running for a while but i kept going on the bike. Started to jog again this morning with 2 miles and hope to be able to continue at a steady pace!
