I am a very keen and passionate runner who enjoys setting and reaching personal boundaries and also enjoys the cathartic nature of running. I would consider myself as a plodder who has just upped his training and is starting to produce training and race performances that I am happy of. I have also just bought a very decent road bike which I am currently enjoying smashing some miles on.
