I hate running but appreciate its a good way to keep fit.
I prefer cycling but I am out of practice and it hurts.
Cant swim so that saves me from the embaressment of attempting a triathlon.
I started weight training recently, Aiming for a light bulb physiqiue. The other way up to the one I have at the moment.
I fitness train a group of under 13 footballers on a saturday morning, currently I am fitter than they are which is evident by thier 4th from the bottom placement last year. Took them under my wing about 3 months ago as my son started there as a goakepper. Main goal is to always be first around the park on a run, hence the running !
