I am a recent returner to running having taken up running again in 2009 but only 4 weeks later I broke my left ankle in August 2009 and my right ankle in October 2009 (both freak accidents!!) finally started running again in February 2010 and have been loving it!. I try and get out running 3 times a week, cycle/turbo train 3 times a week and have lost over a stone in the process. My 10km in April (only 2 months after I re-took up running) was a slow one and in June 2010 I completed my second 10km after injury.
I hope to complete some duathlons later this year and maybe a triathlon next year......
