Played football and badminton during the 'younger' years. Started running while travelling in Vietnam in 2004 initially to lose weight. Continued upon return to UK in 2005 and did London 10k which took me on to FLM 2006. Become a father later that year and took it up again in 2008 upon getting FLM place for 2009. Joined Ware Joggers in Nov 2008 and interest has grown since then. I am beginning to consider myself a 'runner' now. Perhaps registering on this site completes my baptism?!
