Have been a member of Addiscombe Cycling Club since 2001 and enjoyed some races and cyclosportifs.., but with 2 little girls under 3, have taken up running as its more flexible...Ran FLM in 2007 and was overtaken by LOTS of people in FURRY 20 FT outfits...Plan to knock 1 hr 30 off my FLM pb this year.Am regular found doing an easy run with Dulwich Runners on Wed evenings. Planning to do improve on my 10km and half PB times this year.
