Hi all,
Start running in October of 2008 to train for FLM \'09!
This was a big task for a 16st bloke with no fitness level and never did running!
Now done FLM \'09 in 6 hours - training did not go well due to injuries and awful weather (no execuses!) but glad to complete the course, and now looking to bigger things...
But first after some knee injuries, I am looking forward to starting again since I got VLM '11 entry....Let's go
