Been running on and off from about 2005, mostly when its nice weather and i can be bothered haha.
all that changed in 2008 when i decided I needed to get into a sport again (couldn't do my mountain biking as no room for my bike and well I've always been shit at cricket :( ) So joined Sheffield RC and my running has come along alot since then.
