Hello Fetchies, i am Fitness coach and Pilates instructor based in london,Took up running about 4 and half years now, I train 3times a week in richmond park , My goal is to be able to do marathon in 3 hours or under 4 hours would be fantastic. I run for fun its i even enjoy running when its snowing, Recently justbeen doing cross country and they are soo much fun so hoping to do more this coming months, . I run whenever i have time for me its very theraputic and its good to be out and just enjoy the fresh air and get lost somewhere
