About Me
I got into running at School in the 80s where i represented the school at x country , 800m and 1500m. There after followed a period of severe laziness (about 15 years!). I decided to pull the running shoes back on in 2005 and completed 2 marathons (London and Dublin). I fell back into my old ways mainly due to work commitments (Royal Navy).
