I am a newish runner wh has completed a few half marathon over the years but always around 2 hours 30. Very consistent. This year I have decided to try and make an effort to improve and complete my first full marathon. Now I am very scared by the whole thing. I enjoy the feeling I have after a run. I am running New York marathon in November so currently trying to get ready for that.
