So it appears that I haven't really been using Fetch... auto download from Garmin Connect has been applied so hopefully it'll work soon.
After a few years of slow running, mojo has been rekindled by joining a club in the form of Cambridge and Coleridge. Slowly getting back to form and even won a few parkruns at smaller events. Hopefully can get back towards sub 18 for 5k and as close as poss to 80mins for a half. The overarching aim is qualification for London one year... more mileage will be the test!
