Fat, 42, but on a mission to do this running thing. Stated just 7 months ago, and completed the Reading half in a quite respectable 2hrs 34 and 50seconds. or thereabouts. Not very good with the jargon, but learning! got some 5k and 10k races coming up, so working on speed right now.....
