I'd class myself as a very competitive club runner who loves the challenge of pushing the body to new extremes :-).

When you get tired and feel like quitting, ask yourself, is the other guy tired? Is he quitting? .... pain is temporary,glory is forever,and chicks dig scars! ... Pain is inevitable, Suffering is optional. .... bones mend, bruises heal and scars fade...but glory is eternal, bring on the pain....
