the grassy sections were maybe partly responsible for losing a few seconds but overall really enjoy this course,especially on a beautifull day like today,maybe a wee bit warm for racing but loved it anyway

Youre a sub 40 runner mate, you just need everything to come right on the day. I'd say that course would slow you by 20-30 secs so all good
