Frostbite League 5th place. Did not stop Garmin so distance and time are a good guess. See race report.
Not quite in best-ever shape, but wearing racing flats now will hopefully take me to PBs of 16:20 in Harrier League 5km on Wednesday and sub-34 in a 10km shortly.

17.77m yesterday can't have helped - think what effect a rest day might have had - but well done!!
Thanks. May not have made much difference but I wouldn't risk it before an important race. I occasionally feel tired when I should be well recovered, but generally recover fairly easily from hard/long sessions.
