Nice off road running.
Not my best work. Tripped over two separate tree roots, sending me flying both times. First time was a significant stub of my big toe, which is now the proverbial black and blue. Second fall added a little nettle rash, for good measure. No real damage though, so I got off lightly.
Other than that, a lovely morning run through the woods.
🤦 oh dear not the best of runs then. I hope the bruised toe doesn't stop you running.
I carried on running afterwards, but I am walking with a rather pronounced limp now, so it might hinder me a little.
I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, once the other less obvious impact aches and pains kick in.
