How was it?
Really hard. Garmin suggested I should just do a recovery run at the start and I think I probably should have 😂
😂. I think it’s still faster than ever half I have run in the last 4 years! Garmin had some things to say about Endure. 71 hours recovery. Training readiness 2 😂
