Brighton 10k. Beautiful day, got my sub-40 yippeeeeeeee :-) Felt a big sluggish and stiff when I woke up (thigh again) - but a good warm up around the seafront (30 mins easy jogging and 5x 40m strides) and good to go. Met up with Louisa (from Berlin) again on the start - don't understand how, but she ended up 1 minute behind me...? Hope she's OK.
