Didn't set out to race today but spent too long in the Gents and just heard the gong go off and only managed to get across the timing mats before they were pulled up! Got myself into a fast pace and decided to see how long I could keep this going. Very pleased that it turned out well and that I managed to get an 8 minute PB! Great race and brilliant support from marshalls and WJ support. Well done to all Werry Joggers today!
