UPDATE - MAG 7 in Saltash, Tamar Valley, up and down, some lovely wooded areas. Phil picked me up from home at 8am. Took 20 secs to cross the line - Didn't look at my watch for the 1st 2 miles - just took it EASY as it was too HOT. After that I was able to pick it up THANKS to the hosepipes!!! Last yr was slow, 72 mins - PW due to lack of running, so splits from 2 yrs ago 9:33, 9:44, 8:50, 9:50, 8:15, 10:36, 9:07 = 65:55 plus 20 secs to the start - Official 66:16 (2004)
