Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Ely 10k, ran hard but comfortably all the way, very breezy on the way back but didn't feel too bad. Should be able to run faster than that though!
Knee isn't happy - need to rest it and let it settle down a bit before doing more training.
Knocked the garmin stop button at some point, and the lap button at some other point, so the readings are a bit messed up.

Good to see lots of running friends there, miss the running race scene. Cycling time trials really don't have the same atmosphere at all!

Not bad for your comeback Bob, you finished the race stronger than me :-)
DrBob
well, I wasnt very confident so didn't set off too hard, expected the wind to be like it is on a bike ie struggling just to move, but found it a bit easier. Still well behind you, and I've been training LOADS! :-) Good to see you! :-)
