Fenland 10. Another V50PB. 151/213. 19th MV50. 5th in CC. (Some people just can't tick a box, their loss!!)
So pleased, stayed focused and concentrated all the way round, did tell myself that if I did it to-day then next weeks Bushfield frostbite will be a glory run to enjoy after a great 6 months - return to work on Thursday ain't going to be fun!!
Not sure I was fully recovered from GER as was just about at max, usual negative splits 43.03/41.05 and reprised the last 3 miles of the GER in the last two to-day!!

Great time, well run Tim
Nice running OM well done.
Well done OM! I shall have to get quicker if I want to use you as a windbreak
Looks v good to me and sub 85 mins as planned. As you say frostbites will feel like a weekend rest in comparison to recent runs
Well done OM I think you know a thing or two about this running! Lol
