Notes & Comments

Reverse Enigma. Terrible run. Was targeting sub 4 but legs had nothing left by 13 miles. Right heel/ankle got very painful, took pain killers at 23 miles, things improved a bit. Ultra marathon is still killing my endurance over 10 miles, will have two weeks of very gentle short runs ahead of Abingdon. Irritating.
