Notes & Comments

Offered a number for the Cambridge Town & Gown yesterday, and made the (BAD!) decision to do it. Horrendous conditions, heavy rain, very windy and cold, plus the grass parts of the course very wet and muddy.
I know I am much better shape than that, but I also know that I don't run well in poor conditions, so I am not worried about today, it will do as my tempo effort for the week.

	brotherjohn At least it was a lot shorter for me :-)Some parts of the course were so ridiculously muddy it was actually funny today. Started of prancing around all the puddles, but was running straight through cow shit without a care by the end!
