Fantastic pace daftlad with a fast finish and superb pb!

time now adjusted according to official results as 1 minute 2 seconds difference from watch time due to user error - first mile was in fact 8 minutes - average for run 8 min 17 secs / mile - wanted 8:30 - typed by NFP as dictated by daftlad smoking a big cigar. Not bad for a fat lad...........
