Notes & Comments

Early start to leave for The Ponton Plod today. Hotlegs and Jayne ran the '12 ' while myself and MrJ ran the '17 '.
3 check-in points out on the course.

Comfort stop in mile 6 and check-in point at start of mile 7.
Not sure what happened in mile 10, could be that we walked up the mamouth hill. Check-in and food at mile 11, we did manage to run and eat at the same time but had to slow somewhat as managing breathing too is difficult. Check point again between miles 14 and 15.
